Musselshell River Property
The Musselshell River Property is conveniently located along an improved county road. The mile of river running through the property is a source of fishing, irrigation, and habitat for the wildlife. Power and a Quonset are located about a mile east of the county road near the river in a very private setting amidst the Cottonwoods. Access to this area which would make a good cabin site is by a private gravel road. There is some flexibility on how a person could run the property with the 475 to 500 acres of tilled lands. A combination of beardless winter wheat for forage production, other small grains, alfalfa, tame grasses, and sainfoin would not only be productive but would be a magnet for wildlife. The numbers of Big Game and Upland Birds would increase with these grains and forages.
