A graduate with a degree in Business Management and Information Systems, Koley’s passion for real estate grew during college. She obtained her Montana real estate license in September 2006 and now works part-time as a licensed sales associate and assistant to Todd and Landon Phillips. Her behind-the-scenes expertise strengthens Phillips Realty’s online presence and marketing efforts for agricultural properties, cattle ranches, recreational land, and 1031 exchange opportunities throughout Montana.
