Historically, the farm has had 393.55 acres in production, with 368.44 acres currently cultivated. For the 2025 season, 348.06 acres were planted to winter wheat and 20.38 acres to grass hay. The balance of the acreage consists of improved pasture and native grassland.  Livestock water is supplied by a developed spring and two small reservoirs that capture rain and runoff.
