Born and raised in Lewistown, Landon grew up on the family ranch. Starting young he has always been a valuable part of hay production and property maintenance of the ranch. In 2010, Landon joined the office and has been full time ever since! Over the years he has gained experience in all aspects of rural real estate whether the focus be income producing farms, family ranches, or hunting / recreational properties. In addition to brokering sales, Landon enjoys helping clients with habitat management to help improve the capabilities of their land. His favorite aspect of farm and ranch real estate is helping buyers and sellers achieve their goals. When not working Landon enjoys free time by fishing the local creeks, practicing photography and videography, and exploring the outdoors. Landon lives 12 miles north of Lewistown with his wife, two daughters, and son.

Todd Phillips has been an influential part of Farm and Ranch real estate in Central Montana since 1982. Owner and broker, Todd Phillips has the home town knowledge of properties that has led to the success of Phillips Realty. Growing up in Lewistown, on fourth generation land, helps him realize the responsibility and work that makes a healthy operation. Todd graduated from Montana State University and married his highschool sweetheart, Nancy, in 1976. Todd and Nancy have three children, Kacey, Koley, and Landon. Todd opened the doors to Phillips Realty in 1982. Phillips Realty has actively been involved in the sale of high end properties and working with 1031 exchanges for ranches around the Lewistown and Central Montana area. Our emphasis has been on agricultural and recreational properties including High Mountain Properties, Dry land Farms, Large Cattle Ranches, and Riverfront Recreational Properties.

Todd’s daughter, Koley has been working for Phillips Realty since 2004: Web Design, Advertising, and Brochures are her specialties. She has a degree in Business Management and Information Systems. While attending college her interest with the real estate market continued to grow, in September of 2006 she got her license to sell real estate and now works part time for Phillips Realty as an Agent and Licensed Assistant to Todd and Landon. Along with helping at the office via the internet, Koley is married with three children.
